NextGen Skills Celebrates World Plumbing Day: Meet Paul White
NextGen Skills is proud to support World Plumbing Day, which is coming up 11th March 2025
This year’s theme is “Plumbing is more”, which highlights the transformative role of plumbing in shaping healthier communities, sustainable environments, and economic growth.
There are six pillars that underpin this concept
More Impact. Plumbing Powers Prosperity; Plumbing is fundamental to economic prosperity, public health and environmental sustainability in every community
More Innovation. Plumbing Advances Water Solutions; Plumbing leads the transformation to sustainable water management through technology, expertise, and global best practices
More Possibilities. Plumbing Offers Fulfilling Careers; The global plumbing industry offers diverse career paths that combine technical expertise with environmental stewardship and community service
More Resiliency. Plumbing Protects Communities; Plumbing creates resilient communities by providing clean water, preventing disease and ensuring public safety while adapting to environmental challenges.
More Problem Solving; Plumbing Enhances the Future; The plumbing industry addresses complex challenges like water reuse, energy recovery, and carbon reduction for a cleaner, greener and healthier future.
More Equity; Plumbing Delivers for Everyone; Plumbing creates healthier communities by ensuring safe water and sanitation access for all.
To help celebrate and recognise plumbers and their massive contribution, NextGen Skills went out and interviewed plumbers in Perth, discussing their experience linked to the above pillars, and will release a series of videos leading up to World Plumbing Day.
The first video we would like to share with you is from Hydraulic Consultant, Paul White.
