Become a host

At NextGen Skills, we employ apprentices through the Group Training model, where apprentices are employed by us and placed on-site with a host employer. This approach allows us to support both apprentices and businesses by providing flexible and reliable workforce solutions.

Host employers only pay when apprentices are actively working on-site. Our goal is to develop apprentices into skilled and confident tradespeople with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to Western Australia’s construction industry. By focusing on their growth and satisfaction, we aim to ensure a strong and sustainable future for the plumbing and painting trades while delivering value to employers and apprentices alike.
